CEO
Julie South is the CEO of Epiphany Retirement Solutions, where she leverages her extensive experience in retirement planning to craft personalized strategies that maximize income while minimizing risk.

Dedicated to helping her clients preserve their hard-earned money, she provides peace of mind through clear communication and tailored solutions for a stress-free retirement.
Known for her personable and enthusiastic approach, Julie educates clients on their financial options and works closely with them to understand their unique needs. Her past coaching mindset empowers her to help her clients achieve their retirement goals.

Outside of her professional life, Julie has a beautiful and fulfilling life. She, and her husband, Gary, reside in the Pacific Northwest where they share adventurous pursuits such as zip lining and traveling the world.

They have a son, Steven, who serves as a federal officer and NCO in the Army Guard. Julie also finds joy in spending time with her granddaughter, Audrey, and looks forward to welcoming another granddaughter in 2025.

Julie’s compassion for animals and her efforts in rescuing abused horses highlight her kind and caring nature. She is a devoted community member, she serves as President of her HOA and has volunteered with the Red Cross for more than two decades. She actively participates in fundraising efforts for causes like Stop Soldier Suicide, the American Cancer Society, and the Wounded Warrior Project, demonstrating her deep commitment to making a positive impact both personally and professionally.

Gary South serves as President of Epiphany Retirement Solutions, where he plays a pivotal role in helping clients navigate all aspects of retirement planning, focusing on insurance products and securities.

With a commitment to providing tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and goals, he prioritizes their financial well-being and security.

A graduate of McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, Gary and his wife, Julie, enjoy their peace and the outdoors on their twenty-acre property in the Pacific Northwest.

Gary's strong family ties include their son Steven and granddaughter Audrey.
​
Outside of work, he teaches men’s Bible study, and volunteers with local non-profits, reflecting his dedication to both his faith and his community
